Keith joins us from Factor (previously Axiom Law) where he was a critical component in their managed solutions/delivery arena. With Factor, Keith spent eight years as a lead subject matter expert in regulatory response and managed service.
Before working for Factor, Keith qualified as a Barrister in London and has had a twenty-year career in law and financial services, working for international law firms and banks including Allen & Overy, JP Morgan, Bank of Ireland and three years with Ulster Bank.
In addition to his illustrious career to date, Keith is a published author, having written The Law of Financial Derivatives in Ireland. The work is the first of its kind and brings together all of the legislation and regulation applying to derivative contracts and market participants in a single volume.

Keith joins Johnson Hana as the latest in a wave of new hires in recent months including prominent and respected recruits Michael Doran, Tanya Kidney, Sinead Garnett, Alan Dalton and many others.
