Johnson Hana is rapidly expanding our eDiscovery division, solidifying our position as the largest eDiscovery business function in Ireland. This growth is driven by an increasing demand for sophisticated data management solutions and the need to address complex legal and regulatory challenges with managing and extracting valuable information from vast data sets.
We have boosted our eDiscovery team with the addition of Tom O’Halloran, who takes the role of eDiscovery Project Manager. Tom’s addition significantly enhances our capabilities, bringing a wealth of expertise in eDiscovery, digital forensics, and data analytics.
Welcoming Tom to the new role, Dan Fox, CEO of Johnson Hana said:
“Tom will be instrumental in driving the success of our expanding eDiscovery function. We win work because our talented delivery team focus on quality and not just cost-saving and we tailor our approach to meet the specific needs of each client. We are, today, one of the ‘go to’ providers of support to government agencies involved in high profile litigations and we have been thrilled to support a multiplicity of smaller and medium sized law firms as well as international companies and firms with end-to-end solutions. Tom’s experience will help us to continue growing our data privacy and litigation workstreams with truly customised solutions for clients.”
With over seven years of experience in leading intricate eDiscovery projects and forensic investigations, Tom’s skill set aligns perfectly with our strategic goals. His background, including a first-class MSc in Digital Investigations and Forensic Computing and multiple academic publications, coupled with his status as a Relativity Master, will provide invaluable support in navigating the complexities of large-scale data inquiries and ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service and insights.
Remarking on his new role as eDiscovery Project Manager, Tom said:
"I’m really excited to be joining the Johnson Hana team. They’ve been gaining a lot of positive attention and momentum in Ireland in recent years and once I spoke with Dan and the team about their plans for future growth it seemed to be a perfect fit for me. I’m looking forward to helping expand the already impressive skillset of the eDiscovery team, as well as developing and growing our offering to include wider digital forensic services.”
Effective eDiscovery support ensures that organisations can efficiently handle legal and compliance requirements, mitigate risks and respond promptly to litigation and investigations. As the volume and variety of data continue to expand, businesses require specialised expertise and advanced tools to navigate the intricacies of data retrieval, analysis, and preservation, underscoring the importance of dedicated eDiscovery professionals.
