Dan Fox

Dan is the founder and CEO of Johnson Hana International Limited. He is a qualified barrister with extensive experience in specialist legal outsourcing and staffing services for law firms and organisations, having founded Ireland’s first dedicated eDiscovery staffing support company in 2011.

He has assisted law firms, semi-state bodies, organisations and lending institutions with their large scale document review processes.

In 2014, he was approached by an International staffing firm to head up and manage their eDiscovery and legal staffing function. In this role, he was instrumental in the rapid development and growth of this business until he left to set up Johnson Hana International in 2015.

Jennifer Caldwell

Jennifer is a former managing partner of both Maples and Calder and Binchys Solicitors. Admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1980 and in Ireland in 1982 she has over 30 years experience, specialising in corporate finance and mergers and acquisition.

She merged Binchys Solicitors, Dublin with Maples and Calder in January 2006, when she was the managing partner of Binchys. Maples was the first international law firm to set up in Ireland. Post the merger she was joint managing partner of Maples and Calder’s Dublin office and from January 2006 until she retired from practise in 2010 she was head of corporate in the Dublin office.

Jennifer’s expertise spans all areas of corporate law including mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, IPOs, joint ventures and debt and equity financing. For many years she represented a number of high net worth individuals, their investment vehicles and entities in which they invested, including Bill McCabe, Pat McDonagh, Oyster Capital, SkillSoft Plc, Riverdeep plc, LearnVantage plc, Orbiscom Limited, Fleetmatics and Shelbourne Development.

Since retiring from practise at the end of 2010 Jennifer has continued to work with Amnesty International, serving as a member of the Executive Committee of the Irish Section of Amnesty from 2005 until 2011, and now serving as a trustee of the Amnesty Foundation, she sat on the Board of Cantor Fitzgerald Ireland Limited (formerly Dolmen Stockbrokers) from January 2011 until the end of 2015 and she currently sits on the board of Opera Theatre Company.

Stuart Margetson

Stuart is a retired Partner and current Consultant in the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department of Matheson, the Dublin based international law firm, where he has advised on dispute resolution in the areas of product liability, administrative and environmental law, professional negligence and commercial litigation generally.

Stuart has managed many highly complex commercial litigation projects involving both domestic and international clients in the corporate, institutional and private client sectors.

Stuart is a CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution) and MII (Mediators Institute of Ireland) Accredited Mediator and has experience in acting as Mediator and representing clients in the mediation of disputes.

Stuart has been a Panel Member of both The Solicitors Mutual Defence Fund and the Medical Protection Society, defending claims of professional negligence against solicitors and doctors respectively.

Stuart has been a member of DRI (Defence Research Institute) Europe; the editorial board of the Irish Planning and Environmental Law Journal. He is a founder, former Chairman and present Honorary Vice-President and member of the Irish Environmental Law Association. He is a founder, former Chairman and present member of the Irish Commercial Mediation Association. He is a current member of the Just Sport Ireland panel of mediators, the Garda Siochana, (disciplinary matters), Enquiry and Appeals panel, the International Hockey Federation (FIH) Judicial Commission, the panel of Independent Reviewers of the Chartered Accountants Regulatory Board (CARB). He is the current Chairman of the Board of Governors of Sandford Park School, a Vice-President of the Knights of the Campanile (TCD) and Vice-Captain of Foxrock Golf Club.
